Erica Allen

Erica Allen is a Ministry Strategist at Horizons Stewardship. Prior to their current role, Erica served as Co-Pastor at Horizon Tampa Bay and Associate Pastor at Grace United Methodist Church. Erica also worked as a New Church Start Resident at Providence Church, where Erica played a key role in its growth and expansion. Erica holds a Master of Divinity from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor's degree in Middle Grades Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
