Currently serving as a Sr. Account Executive at Horizontal Talent since May 2016, Alexandra specializes in IT, Business Strategy, and Digital Marketing & Creative, facilitating connections between consultants and clients. Prior experience includes a role as Healthcare Services Account Manager at Aerotek, where Alexandra managed both sales and recruiter development while overseeing the recruiting process. Alexandra began their career at Aerotek as a Recruiter, contributing to the company's reputation as a leading provider of staffing services. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Drake University, along with additional educational experiences at AIFS Richmond University in Firenze and Cretin-Derham Hall High School.
