Amanda Sacchetti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent operations and customer success management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Operations at Horizontal Talent since February 2019, Amanda oversees multiple teams and ensures alignment between delivery, finance, and HR departments while driving process improvements and maintaining compliance. Prior experience at Aerotek included roles as Strategic Account Manager and Senior Professional Account Recruiting Manager, where Amanda managed large accounts, developed client relationships, and led recruiting teams. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
