Beth Burris, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Sr Manager, People Operations & Benefits and HR Business Partner at Horizontal Talent since April 2022. With extensive experience in human resources, Burris held various positions at Genesis10 from October 2010 to April 2022, culminating in the role of Director of Benefits and Leave Administration. Previous roles also include Benefits Administrator at Kelly and HR Rep and Benefits Coordinator at PGP International. Burris began the career as an HR Assistant and Administrative Assistant at Protient. Educated at St. Catherine University, Burris earned a BA in Sociology with a minor in Women's Studies between 2001 and 2005.
