Isabella D'Burke

Isabella D'Burke serves as the Digital Content and Sustainability Manager at Horizontal Talent since May 2022, where responsibilities include leading ESG initiatives, developing DEI initiatives, and overseeing various communication materials. Previously held positions include Digital Content Manager, Social Media Manager, and Marketing Intern at Horizontal Talent, alongside a Retail Stylist role at Wedding Shoppe, Inc. and Digital Marketing Intern at Steele | Recruiting. Isabella has a strong background in marketing and project management, complemented by peer coaching experience with Lean In and writing for The Sword at Concordia University St. Paul.
