Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Sourcing Executive at Hireworks Consulting - India from September 2017 to March 2020, where Sthuthi managed the complete recruitment process for BFSI clients including Nomura, Northern Trust, and Soc Gen. Sthuthi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology from Acharya Institute of Technology, completed in 2016.
