Sthuthi Soori

Sthuthi Soori currently holds the position of HR Operations and Account Lead at Horizontal Talent since June 2023. Previously, Sthuthi served as Human Resources Team Lead at Russell Tobin from January 2021 to June 2023, overseeing a team of four members and acting as the single point of contact for clients such as BNP Paribas and Morgan Stanley, while managing end-to-end recruitment, client coordination, background verification, and onboarding activities. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Sourcing Executive at Hireworks Consulting - India from September 2017 to March 2020, where Sthuthi managed the complete recruitment process for BFSI clients including Nomura, Northern Trust, and Soc Gen. Sthuthi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology from Acharya Institute of Technology, completed in 2016.
