Tracy Beckmann (She/Her/Hers)

Tracy Beckmann serves as the Senior Director of Global Human Resources at Horizontal Talent since February 2022, overseeing DEI initiatives within a global Minority Business Enterprise. Prior to this role, Tracy held the position of Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Genesis10 for over a decade, while also contributing to community leadership as a board member for the American Diabetes Association until September 2021. Additional experience includes leadership roles at the Minnesota Super Bowl Host Committee, Piper Jaffray, RBC Capital Markets, the Twin Cities HR Service Center Consortium, and Medica, showcasing a strong background in human resources and community engagement across various sectors.
