Mark Vaupel

Mark Vaupel has been with Hormel Foods for over 25 years, starting in Information Technology Services. Mark has served as the Vice President of the department for the last several years. Prior to their time at Hormel, Vaupel was a Risk Analyst with Cargill from March 1993 to August 1995. There, they worked with financial instrument traders to quantify and analyze risk associated with different investment options. Before that, they were a Staff Consultant at Accenture from June 1991 to March 1993.

Mark Vaupel received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.

Mark Vaupel reports to Jim Snee, Chairman, President & CEO. Mark Vaupel works with Scott Aarke - VP, Corporate Innovation and Consumer Insights, Pierre Lilly - SVP & Chief Compliance Officer, and Janet Hogan - SVP, HR.
