Prior to focusing on Accounting & Finance, he specialized in Engineering Search within Oil & Gas, and then the BioPharma industries. Jeff joined Horn Solutions, Inc team in 2010 as a Senior Recruiter ultimately being promoted to the Practice Director of the Accounting & Finance Executive Search Division of the Houston Region in 2017. Besides being a successful search manager, Jeff has a BS in Computer Science from University of Houston and has been a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) since 1998.
