Majane Martin has been providing solutions to clients in the energy, marine construction, real estate, construction, health care and financial services industries since 1988. Majane has assisted clients with IPO’s, SEC reporting and compliance, debt restructurings and acquisition accounting. She has held positions with Horn, Wallace, Cole (including successor entities), as Vice President Finance for a public real estate development and construction company, and as auditor with a major accounting firm. Majane graduated from Baylor University in 1976 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting.
