Matt Carmin

Matt Carmin currently serves as an Engineering Project Coordinator at Hornady Mfg Company since February 2022 and has been the Archery Sport Director for the Nebraska Sports Council since January 2014, overseeing the Archery events for the Cornhusker State Games and the State Games of America. As the owner of Bowmin Archery since 2011, Matt specializes in repairing bows and crafting archery equipment. Prior experience includes roles as Manufacturing Engineer and Programmer at Standard Iron & Wire Works, as well as serving as President of the Nebraska State Archery Association, where responsibilities involved managing state tournaments. Previous positions also include Mold Maker at Fu-Tek Tooling and Toolmaker at Dramco Tool and Die. Matt holds a degree in tool and die and mechanical drafting from Central Community College.
