Matt Spencer started their work experience in 2001 as a Product Engineer at BD Diagnostics, Preanalytical Systems. In 2005, they became an Environmental and Safety Engineer at the same company until 2008. Matt then joined Hornady Mfg Company as a Compliance Manager from an unknown start date until March 2014. Since March 2014, they have been working as a Compliance Director at Hornady Mfg Company, where they are responsible for various compliance areas including transportation of hazardous materials, safety, environmental issues, imports and exports, facility security, product safety, and facility design compliance. Matt has extensive experience in international trade compliance and regularly interacts with multiple government agencies.
Matt Spencer attended Chadron State College from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Biology.
