Mitch Mittelstaedt started their work experience at Novartis Consumer Health in 1996 as an Engineering Intern. Mitch worked there until 1998. In 1998, they joined Hornady Mfg Company and began working as a Project Engineer. After 9 years in that role, they were promoted to Director of Engineering in November 2007, a position they still hold.
Mitch Mittelstaedt attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney from 1993 to 1995, but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study. Mitch then transferred to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1995 to 1998.
