Paulo Arley Leal

Paulo Arley Leal is a maritime professional with a strong background in navigation and operations. Currently serving as a 2nd Officer at HORNBECK OFFSHORE® since May 2024, Paulo has previously held the position of 3rd Officer at V.Group from May 2021 to May 2024 and worked as a Supervisor de Operações at Bureau Veritas Group in early 2021. Paulo's career began at Petrobras as a PON/Deck Cadet from December 2015 to July 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Nautical Sciences from EFOMM - CIABA (2012-2014) and prior studies at Universidade do Estado do Pará (2008-2011).
