Wayne Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in maintenance project management, quality assurance, and engineering process excellence. Currently serving as the Manager of Maintenance Projects at HORNBECK OFFSHORE® since August 2023, Wayne's career includes significant roles such as Quality at Vivace Limited Corporation and Manager of Warranty & Engineering Process Excellence at Hornbeck Offshore. Previous experience includes positions as Principal Supplier Development Engineer and Six Sigma Black Belt at Textron, where responsibilities included supplier development, cost-saving initiatives, and leading high-impact projects. Early in the career, Wayne served as Senior Quality Engineer at Trinity Marine Products Inc., focusing on supplier quality, audits, and ISO 9001 implementation. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from The University of Alabama and continues ongoing education at The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
