Ananya Gupta

Ananya Gupta is a Program Manager in the Founder’s Office at Hornbill Ag since July 2025, bringing a strong background in consulting and project management. Previously, Ananya held the position of Senior Associate at L.E.K. Consulting from October 2023 to July 2025 after progressing from Associate and Summer Associate roles, contributing to significant due diligence and strategy projects focused on market assessments in the education sector. Ananya also served as Project Director at Enactus LSR, leading the creation of Project Saarthi, which aimed to convert elephant waste into sustainable paper products while supporting women's employment and conducting impactful community drives. Ananya's early experience includes a summer internship at GE, focusing on sustainable solutions in packaging. Ananya holds a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women and completed schooling at Amity International School, Pushp Vihar.
