Christina Wirsching

Christina Wirsching, PhD, is a Senior Policy and Compliance Consultant Manager at HORNE, focusing on program design, implementation, and project delivery for various federal and state infrastructure programs. With prior experience as a Community Development Project Manager at GrantWorks, Inc. and as a lecturer in Urban and Regional Planning at The University of Texas at San Antonio, Christina has a strong background in community development and social justice education. Academic experience includes serving as a Visiting Lecturer at Trinity University and holding multiple teaching assistantships at The University of Texas at Austin, where Christina completed a PhD in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning. Christina's early career includes roles as a Planning Intern for the City of Austin and extensive research and teaching experience at various universities.
