Viviana Gonzalez

Viviana Gonzalez is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in operations and quality management within various industries. Currently serving as a Manager at HORNE since January 2020, Viviana previously held the position of Supervisor of Government Services. At LyondellBasell, from May 2016 to December 2020, Viviana excelled as an Operations Planner, focusing on demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory management, while also serving as a Quality Analyst, integrating the Quality Management System for multiple plants. Viviana's career began at SunEdison, where as a Quality Manager, oversight of a 18-member team was maintained, implementing critical quality programs. Additional roles included Quality Engineer at SunEdison, EHS Safety Engineer at MEMC Electronic Materials, and internship/co-op positions at Kimberly-Clark and Air Products. Viviana holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, earned in 2011.
