Raciel Ocampo Pe

Raciel Ocampo, PE, serves as a Transportation Project Manager at Horner & Shifrin, Inc. since April 2023, following a two-year tenure with the Illinois Department of Transportation, where responsibilities included managing traffic control staging and reviewing Maintenance of Traffic and Transportation Management Plans. Prior to IDOT, Raciel worked as a Transportation Project Manager at SINGH + Associates Inc., overseeing Phase I and II studies for various transportation agencies and managing a range of infrastructure projects. Raciel's engineering career began with an internship at the Federal Highway Administration and includes experience in roadway and drainage design at Thomas Engineering Group. Raciel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Bradley University and has completed additional training and certifications in engineering fundamentals and project management.
