Hornet
Eric Lane has extensive work experience in the field of visual effects and design. Eric is currently working at Hornet as a Creative Director since November 2019. Prior to this, they held the positions of VFX Supervisor/CG Supervisor and CG Lead at Hornet. Before joining Hornet, Eric worked at The Mill as a VFX Supervisor/CG Lead and an Artist from August 2015 to February 2017. Eric also worked at Firstborn as a Character Design/Artist from November 2014 to March 2015. Additionally, they have held various positions at Shade VFX, Absolute Post, MassMarket, Brand New School, 1st Avenue Machine, and WORKac, where they gained experience as a Designer/CG Artist, CG Lead, Lighting TD, and Architectural Designer. Eric also worked as an Instructor at Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture Planning and Preservation from August 2009 to September 2010.
Eric Lane's education history includes earning a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Tuskegee University, which they completed from 1999 to 2004. Eric then pursued a Master's degree in Architecture from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation, which they completed from 2009 to 2010.
