Doğuş Mete Öztan has worked in the tech industry since 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Freelance Interpreter for İZFAŞ. In 2019, they worked as a Software QA Tester and Translator for Testlio. In 2021, they began working for Hornet as a Software QA Engineer, Beta Tester Program Manager, Beta Support Tech, and Customer Support (Back Office).

Doğuş Mete Öztan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Literature from Dokuz Eylul University in 2019 and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Comparative Literature from the same university.
