Weerapol Sae-Lor has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2012 as the General and Business Development Manager at Thai Charms. In this role, they were responsible for line management of 10 staff, managing the business premises, customer accounts and customer database, and handling money. In 2013, they founded and became the Director of Podhi Tea Company, a natural caffeine-free Thai traditional herbal tea company. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a freelance Speech and Presentation Coach and Communications Coach, acting as a presenter and team builder. Finally, in 2019, they began working as a Customer Relationship Management, Business and Marketing Consultant for Hornet.

Weerapol Sae-Lor obtained their Master's degree in Environmental Science from Brunel University London in 2011. Weerapol then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Wales in 2015.
