Tim C. Wardenski

Tim C. Wardenski is the CEO and Co-Owner of horntools, a leading brand of off-road and overlanding accessories, vehicle parts and camping equipment in Europe. They previously worked as a private equity investment professional, board observer and founder, with international assignments across Europe, Asia and the US. Wardenski held board observer roles at Schleich GmbH (2019–2023) and Hofmann Menü-Manufaktur GmbH (2019–2021). Their finance and private equity experience includes roles as Senior Financial Analyst at Canada Goose (2018–2019) and Financial Analyst at Procter & Gamble (2015–2016), as well as Associate - Private Equity Direct at Partners Group (2019–2021). They earned a Master of Science from ESCP Europe (2012–2015), a Bachelor of Science from the University of Applied Sciences Europe (2009–2012), a Bachelor of Arts from Kendall College (2011), and completed a Summer School in Hospitality Management at Les Roches (2010).
