Jason Bartholomay

Jason Bartholomay is a seasoned mental health professional, currently serving as a Mental Health Professional and Clinical Supervisor at Horowitz Health since June 2025. With extensive experience in the mental health field, Jason previously worked as a Licensed Mental Health Provider at Spring Health and contributed to the inaugural Provider Advisory Board in 2022. Prior roles include serving as a Licensed MICD Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor at Fairview Health Services from March 2013 to May 2024, where Jason focused on cost-saving efficiencies and utilization review. Jason also has a background in public service as a Councilmember for the City of Farmington, MN, and served in the United States Marine Corps before pursuing advanced education in counseling and ministry. Jason holds a Master of Arts in Adlerian Counseling and Psychotherapy, a Doctorate of Divinity, and a Certificate in Gambling Counseling Studies.
