Byron Pyle

Byron Pyle has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Byron started as an Intern at Horry-Georgetown Technical College Continuing Education in 2015, working in the Office of Information Technology/Networking Group. From there, Byron interned at DR Horton, serving as Tier 1 help desk support and assisting with various technologies and users. In 2016, they joined Atlantic.Net Inc. as a NOC Support Technician before transitioning to Horry-Georgetown Technical College as a Network Administrator in 2017. Byron'smost recent role was at HTC Inc. (Horry Telephone Cooperative) where they held two positions, first as a Network Administrator from 2020 to 2023, and then as a System Administrator starting in 2023.

Byron Pyle completed their education in a chronological order. Byron started their education at Socastee High School, where they did not obtain a degree or field of study. From 2008 to 2012, they attended Socastee High School. Following this, they pursued their Associate of Science in Network and System Administration at Horry-Georgetown Technical College from 2013 to 2016. Byron then continued their education at Western Governors University from 2020 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Network Operations and Security.

In addition to their formal education, Byron Pyle has obtained multiple certifications. Byron became a Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate through Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2021. Byron also acquired the Linux Essentials certification from the Linux Professional Institute in January 2021. Before that, in December 2020, Byron earned the CompTIA Project+ and CompTIA Security+ certifications. In February 2020, they obtained the CompTIA Cloud Essentials certification. Furthermore, Byron received the Cisco CCNA certification in October 2017, and earlier in their career, they acquired the CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA A+ certifications in July 2015 and April 2015, respectively.
