Nicole Brooks

Nicole Brooks is an experienced professional currently serving as an AR/AP Specialist at Horsburgh & Scott since July 2022, where responsibilities include processing daily cash transactions, handling freight accounts payable invoices, and leading collections efforts, successfully recovering over $5 million in six months. Prior to this role, Nicole worked as a School Bus Driver/Trainer for Durham School Services, managing student transportation and implementing a recruitment plan that resulted in ten new drivers. Nicole's entrepreneurial spirit is highlighted through a personal brand in health and wellness launched in 2018, alongside experience as an Independent Consultant for Jamberry and BeneYOU. Additional experience includes positions in logistics, credentialing, and administrative support within dental practices, showcasing a diverse skill set across multiple industries.
