Randy Burdick

Mr. Burdick currently serves as President and CEO of Horsburgh & Scott. He came to the Company in 2017 to define future growth strategy and improve upon customer commitments. Mr. Burdick has more than 25 years of experience with industrial power transmission products and markets. Prior to joining the Company he served as President and COO of Brevini USA where he spear headed two record setting years of top and bottom line growth. Mr. Burdick has held a variety of technical, commercial and leadership roles with companies including Rexnord, Falk, and Prager where he successfully grew the company to a $38M dollar repair organization that generated 28% EBITDA.

Mr. Burdick holds a degree in Engineering Management from Clarkson University where he graduated in the top 5% of his class.
