Steve Uveges

Steve Uveges, CPA, CGMA, currently serves as Corporate Controller at Horsburgh & Scott since February 2016 and at Dwellworks, LLC since May 2013, where responsibilities encompass oversight of all accounting and finance functions for the parent and 13 related reporting units. Previously, at SIRVA RELOCATION LLC (1995-2013), Uveges held multiple roles, including Assistant Treasurer - Relocation, Director of Closing Services, and Controller, contributing to significant cost reductions and financial oversight for the subsidiary. Earlier experience includes serving as Controller at Masco Machine, Inc. (1982-1995), where financial systems were developed to align project finances, and as a Senior Accountant at PACKER, DEISLINGER & JOHNSON, CPAs (1979-1981), providing comprehensive public accounting services. Uveges holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Kent State University and has continued professional development at The Center for Leadership – Ohio Society of CPAs since 2004.
