Thaís Alves

Thaís Alves has extensive experience in production supervision within the automotive industry, currently serving as Supervisora de produção for the assembly line of HR16/HR10 engines at Horse since July 2023. Previously, at Renault Group from November 2017 to June 2023, Thaís held multiple supervisory roles, overseeing the assembly of HR16 engines and managing teams on various production lines, including CVU and after-sales accessories, focusing on personnel management, quality assurance, and KPI improvement. Starting a career as an Estagiário in manufacturing, Thaís developed practical leadership skills and applied various management methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Thaís holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology - Parana and has studied at The University of New Mexico, as well as having a technical degree in Food Processing from Universidade Federal de Viçosa.
