Mark Soethout

Mark Soethout is an accomplished accounting and management professional with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as the Accounting Manager at HorsePower Brands, responsible for monthly accounting close processes and budget management, Mark also holds the position of Managing Partner at SweetWood Properties LLC, overseeing operations and property management. Previous experience includes managing accounts receivable at TransWood Carriers, where responsibilities encompassed billing, collections, and customer credit functions. Mark has also served as a Senior Corporate Accountant at HDR and held various accounting positions at Griffin Pipe Products Co., Inc. Mark holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration Accounting and Finance from Bellevue University, complemented by an Associate degree from Metropolitan Community College.
