Samuel Trinh

Samuel Trinh is an experienced IT Manager currently employed at HorsePower Brands since March 2022, where responsibilities include team leadership and task management, utilizing Jira for project delivery, and successfully implementing various IT systems. Prior to this role, Samuel served as an IT Specialist, providing Level 1-3 support in a Windows/macOS/Microsoft365/Azure environment and ensuring adherence to service level agreements using FreshDesk for incident management.
