Frank Piper has held various positions in different industries, ranging from machinist to general manager. Frank currently works as a Safety Examiner at Horseheads Central School District, responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of students. Prior to this, Frank served as a CNC Prototype Machinist and Project Manager at Incodema Group Inc. Frank holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Economics/ Information Systems from State University of New York Empire State College.
