Claus Christiansen possesses extensive experience in customer success management, currently serving as a Customer Success Team Leader at Rockwell Automation since July 2017, where responsibilities include providing technical support contracts for business partners and customers across Scandinavia, Africa, and the Middle East, demonstrated through effective negotiation skills. Previous roles at Rockwell include Senior Customer Success Specialist and Commercial Specialist, as well as a Customer Care Representative focusing on handling purchase orders and customer satisfaction in the Scandinavian market. Prior to Rockwell, Claus worked in various roles, including a Pedagogue in administration for Horsens Kommune and a production line operator in the paper industry at Danish Airlaid Technology A/S. Claus holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from ViA University College and completed a Tourist Guide course in 2005.
