Hajar Dashti

Hajar Dashti is a highly experienced consultant with a strong background in integration and community engagement. Currently serving as a consultant at Horsens Kommune since September 2022, Hajar has previously worked as a virksomhedskonsulent at Kompetencecenter Skanderborg, focusing on integration tasks, coaching, and mentorship from May 2015 to August 2023. Hajar's earlier roles include working as a project leader for Skanderborg Kommune, where the aim was to enhance understanding of Danish society through introductory courses. Additionally, Hajar has held leadership positions such as landsformand for KDUF - LAWAN, promoting Kurdish culture and youth engagement in Denmark, and served in various mentoring and advisory roles within integration-focused projects. Hajar holds a master's degree in political science from the University of Copenhagen and has demonstrated skills in conflict resolution, networking, and public communication.
