Kelly Gilbane

Kelly Gilbane has extensive experience in administrative support, currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at the Horseracing Integrity & Welfare Unit (HIWU) since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kelly worked as an Executive Assistant at Dalmark Management Group from November 2021 to August 2023, and at Hulsing Hotels Inc from March 2018 to February 2022. Kelly also held the position of Executive Assistant at TC Robbie from March 2016 to October 2017, and at Zimmer Realty Company for a significant tenure from May 2001 to March 2016. Educationally, Kelly is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, having attended from 1980 to 1984.
