Diane Hancock Lee has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Diane started their career at Pinehurst Resort as a Condominium Property Manager, where they managed relationships with condominium owners and marketed the resort's rental and membership programs. Diane then moved on to Daufuskie Island Resort & CC as the Front Office Manager, overseeing various front office operations and assisting with guest billing. Diane later worked as the Director of Reservation Sales at Barton Creek Resort & Spa, responsible for managing transient and group reservations. Currently, they serve as the Director of Total Revenue Management at Horseshoe Bay Resort, where they lead and manages all aspects of revenue generation, including pricing, distribution, promotions, and reservation sales efforts.
