Melanie Jensen

Melanie Jensen has extensive experience in the hospitality and educational sectors, currently serving as a Health and Safety representative, Ski Patrol, and Rooms Coordinator at Horseshoe Resort since April 2010. In the role of Rooms Coordinator, Melanie collaborates with the revenue manager to optimize group rates and oversees hotel room inventory and group block management. Prior experience includes roles as an Evening Shift Supervisor and Night Auditor, where responsibilities encompassed guest relations and coordination with security personnel. Prior to Horseshoe Resort, Melanie held the position of Administrative Manager at Bright Scholars Montessori, focusing on daily operations, payroll, customer service, and compliance with ministry guidelines. Melanie holds an Early Childhood Diploma from Sheridan College and a certification in Canadian Ski Patrol Advanced First Aid from Georgian College.
