Louis O'Neill

Louis O'Neill has a diverse work experience in finance and corporate finance spanning over several years. Louis is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Horseware Ireland since June 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of M&A at EY from September 2018 to June 2021, and before that, they served as the Corporate Finance Director at EY from November 2014 to September 2018.

Before joining EY, Louis O'Neill worked as the CFO at Katawave from January 2012 to October 2014 and as the CFO at Synecco during the same period. Prior to that, they had a long and successful tenure at BDO, where they held the position of Partner Corporate Finance & Recovery from an unspecified start date until 2011. Additionally, they gained experience at BDO South Africa as a Manager from February 1998 to July 1999.

Louis O'Neill pursued their B Comm degree from the University of Galway between 1988 and 1991. Following that, they attended UCD Smurfit School from 1991 to 1992, where they obtained a Masters in Accounting. No specific field of study was mentioned for either degree.
