Lori Kennedy

Lori Kennedy is a seasoned Water Resources Engineer with extensive experience in stormwater management, integrated water resources planning, and watershed resiliency. Currently employed at Horsley Witten Group, Inc. since March 2020, Lori has contributed significantly to projects focused on green infrastructure and stormwater management for various public and private entities. Prior roles include positions at VHB, Chester Engineers, and Carollo Engineers, where Lori managed grant-funded water quality initiatives and supported long-term planning for water and wastewater utilities. An educational background includes a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and Community Development from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
