Mona Maidment

Mona Maidment is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as GM People & Culture at Hort Innovation since August 2022. Previously, at Foxtel Group from September 2017 to July 2022, Mona held the position of Head of Human Resources for Fox Sports and Streamotion, focusing on HR strategies aligned with business objectives and supporting change management initiatives. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at Seventh Street Ventures and Greenwood Early Education Centres, where Mona developed HR policies, managed recruitment, and implemented staff engagement programs. Earlier in the career, Mona worked as HR Manager at Johnson & Johnson Medical and National HR Manager at Optus. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Women's Studies from Macquarie University and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from TAFE NSW.
