Caroline Letendre has a diverse work experience. Caroline began their career in 2003 as an International Development Agent for Missions Commerciales de l'Université Laval, where they conducted market research for Unibroue inc., assessed the market, and prospected potential distributors. In 2005, they took on the role of Marketing Director for STS, where they were responsible for market development and sales support. From 2006-2007, they were a Management Advisor and Instructor for SOCODEVI, where they assisted cocoa and coffee beans cooperatives, developed and gave workshops to cooperative members, and consolidated Cooperative best management-practices. In 2007, they also worked as a Trade Mission Assistant for L'Office Québec-Amériques pour la jeunesse (OQAJ), where they had a mandate for Hortau, met and prospected business partners and organizations, and helped communication between parties (Spanish/Franch Translator). Finally, from 2008-2009, they were a Sales Manager for Planteck Biotechnologies Inc., where they were responsible for sales development in North America, shipping logistic, and developing marketing strategies and tools. Currently, they are a Sales Representative for Hortau inc., where they are active in Canada, maintaining and developing effective working relationships with customers, and identifying target markets and implementing prospective strategies.

Caroline Letendre earned their Master's degree in MBA. Business management from Université Laval in 2005, following their Baccalaureate in Agrifood business and management from the same university, which they received in 2002.
