Geir Kjellsen

Geir Kjellsen possesses extensive experience in municipal management, currently serving as Kommunalsjef Utbygging, Miljø og Teknikk at Horten kommune since September 2011, with responsibilities spanning water supply, wastewater systems, municipal roads, sports facilities, parks, and community buildings, among others.
