Terje Randem

Terje Randem has extensive experience in social work and leadership within various organizations. Currently serving as Avdelingsleder at both Horten kommune and NAV Horten since March 2009, Terje Randem holds personnel and operational responsibilities at NAV's Brukersenter. Additionally, Terje Randem has a military role as Kaptein - Områdesjef in the Norwegian Armed Forces since 2005, overseeing the Horten Heimevernsområde. Previous positions include Veileder at JOBB INTRO, focusing on individual support and course management from 2002 to 2006, and LEDER - SOSIALKONSULENT at Horten kommune from 1992 to 2002, where responsibilities included social work related to substance abuse and the development of the municipality's drug policy. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from HIVE and another in Child Welfare from Hio, complemented by various guiding and quality assurance certifications.
