Eduardo Rodriguez Pequeno is an experienced quality and manufacturing professional with a strong background in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Currently, Eduardo serves as Quality Manager and previously held the role of Manufacturing Engineer at Horton Automatics since July 2018. Prior experience includes positions as Lean Manufacturing & Manufacturing Manager at Ideal Clamp Products, Inc. from April 2009 to July 2018, where responsibilities encompassed new product launches, lean implementation, and training teams. Eduardo also worked as Production Manager at Condura – Delphi Mechatronic Systems from February 2007 to March 2009, focusing on production goals and continuous improvement, and as a Product Engineer from November 2004 to January 2007, addressing quality issues and product design enhancements. Eduardo holds a degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey, an MBA in Quality and Productivity from Universidad Tecmilenio, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from Impact Asesoria.
