Horton Emergency Vehicles
Hayden Krampe is a mechanical engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Kentucky College of Engineering, earned between 2019 and 2023. Currently serving as a VA/VE Engineer I and Manufacturing Engineer I at Horton Emergency Vehicles since June 2023, Hayden has previously held design and production engineering roles at Link-Belt Cranes from October 2020 to April 2023, and gained foundational experience as a summer intern at Prestige Tool & Die, LLC. Contributions at Link-Belt Cranes included updating tolerances on weld drawings, designing test fixtures and tools, and developing calculators for manufacturing processes. Earlier experience as a farm hand at Krampe Farms involved agricultural tasks from 2011 to 2019.
