Alec Bashein

Alec Bashein is a Senior Associate at Horvath & Tremblay. Alec has also worked as an Intern at Marcus & Millichap, The Shopping Center Group, Tennis Advantage Of Miami, and University of Miami. In addition, they have also worked as a Pizza Deliverer at Papa John’s.

Alec Bashein has always been driven and determined. As an intern, they conducted a Sales Comparison Project in Google Doc that entailed calculating and inputting the change in sales prices per square foot over time. Alec also completed a MSA Statistical Overview for Hall County in Gainesville GA outlining major employers and key generators. In addition, they compiled important contacts from ICSC.org’s website into an excel file that were not currently in the Real Estate Assistant Database used to manage the contact list in the office.

As a Tennis Camp Instructor at Ron Ehman Park, Alec Bashein arrived to work on time daily to greet campers upon their arrival. Alec also maintained positive and professional relationships with camper’s parents. Alec did the same thing when they were a Tennis Camp Instructor at University of Miami.

Lastly, when Alec Bashein was working as a Pizza Deliverer at Papa John’s, they were always punctual and professional.

Alec Bashein is a hard worker who is always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow. Alec is someone who can be counted on to get the job done right.

Alec Bashein's educational career includes studying real estate at the University of Central Florida and Miami Palmetto Senior Highschool. Alec is also certified by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in Real Estate Sales Associate and by the Urban Land Institute in Commercial Real Estate Pro Forma Fundamentals.
