Bryan Younge

Bryan Younge is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and real estate sectors, currently serving as Managing Partner at Horwath HTL since January 2025. Prior to this role, Bryan held significant positions including Executive Vice President and Specialty Practice Leader for the Hospitality, Gaming, and Leisure Group at Newmark from November 2017 to January 2025, and Managing Director at Colliers, where Bryan led the National Practice for the Hospitality and Leisure Group from March 2016 to November 2017. Bryan's career also includes a tenure at Cushman & Wakefield as Managing Director for the Sports and Entertainment Group and a Senior Associate position at Deloitte focusing on Hospitality Valuation. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Real Estate Finance from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate Law from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
