Michael Rimmer

Michael joined Horwich Farrelly in 2008. He has a breadth of expertise in motor fraud work and an interest in the recovery of legal costs. He was made a Partner in 2017 and Legal Operations Director for the whole firm in 2019. Notable cases include leading an investigation into the credentials and qualifications of medico-legal expert, Titus Odedun which led to the GMC striking Mr. Odedun off the medical register. As part of the management team at HF his focus and responsibility is on the performance of operations across the legal teams and the legal support function. He is a key stakeholder in business change at HF and champions operational efficiency, best practice and service delivery improvements through best use of technology, data, process re-engineering & people management.
