Paul Brandish

Paul has 15 years’ experience within Horwich Farrelly’s award-winning counter-fraud department and a further four years’ experience in the claims department of a leading national insurer. His areas of expertise include RTA Fraud, in particular staged/induced collisions, LSI and Credit Hire.

Paul is a vocal proponent for the fair use of provisions in the insurance industry’s fight against fraud. Recently he worked with a number of insurer clients to lobby against proposals from the CPR Rules Sub-Committee to change rules on admissions of liability under the claims portal.
