Since 1924, our family has continued a tradition begun by Jacob W. Horwitz and then his son, Andrew J. Horwitz, representing individuals against corporate wrongdoers and insurance companies who routinely take advantage of those who have been injured.  Clifford and Mitchell Horwitz are third generation trial lawyers who continue to follow that tradition.  Our firm has never represented corporate interests and never will.
